Two-Day Tooth Restoration for Almost Any Situation at One Low Cost

I came here for a quick trip because I was in so much pain. I needed a root canal and a tooth extraction. I have a serious fear of the dentist and my anxiety was through the roof now that I am expecting. Everyone was so kind and gentle in the office. They explained everything and made sure I was never in any pain. I hate the dentist but I plan to go back once I have my baby. This will be the only dentist I trust.

Dr. Guerra has been amazing! I flew in from Florida to see him because I needed an implant, 3 crowns and fillings. His English is perfect and his communication before the appt. was great. He arranged a pick up from the airport and I was seen as soon as we got to his office. The entire staff is so kind! The office is more modern and clean than any dental office I’ve been to in the States. Dr. Guerra followed up with me after my appointment - that evening and continued to do so. I will absolutely return for any future dental work- even just cleanings! I highly recommend the Guatemala Dental!

It had unfortunately been many years since I had been to the dentist and I needed A LOT of work done. But Guatemala Dental took great care of me. The facility is amazing, the location is great and the staff are wonderful. Just the view from you chair is spectacular! I would definitely recommend them!

I could not have asked for a more gentle understanding Dentist. I HATE dentist office visits and because of that put off going till I needed a root canal. Needless to say, I was filled with dread at the thought of what I was about to go through. I had heard about a dentist in Guatemala city who was a highly skilled practitioner. I got up the courage to book an appointment and check into a hotel. From the moment the uber sent by the office came, till the last moment of my treatment I was reassured kindly treated and cared for as though I were a VIP. The team was extremely professional and I would recommend this dentist to my own children!

I highly recommend Guatemala Dental. I have had 14 crowns, 4 root canal treatments, 2 implants, and several composite (resina) fillings done there during 2 visits. I live in the USA but I have had dental work done in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Mexico, Costa Rica, India, Peru, Bali, the Philippines, and the USA of course. The Guatemala Dental Team is up to international standards. The equipment they have is as good as anywhere. The CAD/CAM system they have for making crowns is totally up-to-date and makes crowns that fit perfectly. They can get crowns made overnight. They also have an xray machine that does panoramic xrays and and 3D tomography. The clinic is in a nice modern building in an upscale part of Guatemala City. The Guatemala Dental Team is lead by a father and son, who are both dentists. The son speaks English very well. They have an employee who also speaks English very well and helps the international patients with their lodging and travels. They are willing to explain the reasons for the treatments they recommend. They try to get all the dental work done without making patients stay in Guatemala City longer than is necessary. They guarantee all their work. I do trust that they will repair any work that needs repair. The prices at the guatemaladentalteam.com website are the prices they actually charge. There are no surprises. They also arrange and pay for lodging for the time necessary for treatment and for Uber rides between the lodging and the clinic. They pick up international patients from the Guatemala City airport and take them to their lodging, as well. Finally, Antigua, Guatemala, is a great place to visit after the dental work is done. It is a picturesque and popular tourist destination, and an Uber can take you there from Guatemala City for about $20. Antigua has lots of nice restaurants, coffee shops, and hotels. It is great to have be able to escape the dental cartel of the USA.

I have a very delightful experience with Guatemala Dental. I needed 4 implants/crowns, 1 additional crown, and 2 cavities repaired. Every step and team member was easy, clear and superior to any USA dentist I'd been to in my 60+ yrs. VERY professional and kind. All of this and I got to visit Guatemala twice (I'd fallen in love with Guat. in a 1977 visit) for almost 1/2 of what it all would have cost me in the USA!! Including hotel and airfare. All around a win-win-win. After Covid-19 (I went in 2018) I encourage you to experience a very positive (and safe) adventure and cultural experience.

I give Guatemala Dental my highest recommendation for whatever dental work you need done. I had a full mouth restoration replacing my existing teeth with zirconium crowns. The result was absolutely amazing. Doctor Guerra is absolutely professional and did a wonderful job of reconstructing my mouth. His Clinic is world-class and his staff is absolutely wonderful. The price that I paid was about 75% less than I would have paid in the United States. Although we were apprehensive about going to Guatemala we had a wonderful time and were able to visit some absolutely beautiful places. Guatemala Dental is the best.

I flew to Guatemala from the United States and was finished in one day. A member of the team met me at the airport and took me to their modern and beautiful office. My husband and I recently visited Guatemala for vacation and for dental work. The dental team was excellent at communication to organize our appointments beforehand, and we were happy to know that a member of the team would be there to meet us at the airport and get us to our accommodations. Gaby was particularly wonderful to deal with and helped us very much. The area we stayed in near the clinic was very safe and we felt very comfortable walking around, also ubering was very inexpensive. The Dental team and clinic was very professional and friendly, and we are both pleased with the work we had done at a fraction of the cost. Also Dr. Guerra was very personable, spoke great English and went beyond our expectations, even messaging us after to see how we were and accommodating our travels by doing a follow-up in Antigua, which we greatly appreciated. We were so pleased with the dental work we received from the Guatemala Dental. They made us feel so comfortable, almost like family. The dental work itself was top quality and the dental office was state of the art with a gorgeous view. Both the dentists and the staff were professional yet personable. My husband had a complete set of dental implants and is thrilled with them. The cost was nominal compared to the states and we had the pleasure of seeing a part of the world we never had before. Not knowing exactly what to expect, my mind was quickly set at ease when my driver told me we were almost there and I looked around and saw what a well-developed and safe area we were in. Then, when I approached the building I felt like I was stepping into a high-class skyscraper in New York City! Everything else as I went up to the dental office detracted from that feeling - first-class all the way. I was greeted by the receptionist as I walked in, filled out my digital paperwork (which they already started and left me very little to finish). After waiting only about five minutes, I was brought back to the treatment station - which truly is a 'treat'! Everything is sparkling clean and modern - even with an overhead TV and Netflix for me to watch during my treatment (my dentist in the US wasn't even this up-to-date). Before my treatment, Dr. Guerra clearly explained (in English!) exactly what he was going to do and that part of the treatment (the cleaning and whitening) would be performed by a dental hygienist. While she was doing the work, I just chilled out and watched an episode of Sherlock, listening through the wireless headphones they provided. Then, Dr. Guerra returned to do the work for the post and crown I was receiving. I know people say that no one likes going to the dentist, but I almost kind of enjoyed this! I especially appreciate the care given before and after the treatment; they were in no hurry to get rid of me and took the time to answer my questions and gave me clear post-op instructions. Between the amazing staff, perfect treatment, and low prices, I've found the only dentist I'll ever need.

The best experience I have ever had in a dental office. I live in Miami, FL and have not seen here the cleaning and control protocols that I experienced when entering the building or offices directly. I was attended to immediately upon my arrival, the staff was very attentive, the offices were clean and with a spectacular view!
